A Citizen Air gift certificate never expires and never loses value to a fee. That is our policy, and it is Washington law (RCW 19.240).
- Good toward any Citizen Air flight or service.
- No expiration date, no service fees and no inactivity charges.
- Use part of it and the rest stays on the certificate. If less than $5 is left after a booking, we pay it to you in cash when you ask.
- Quote the certificate number when you book, or show it at our desk.
- Lost the email? We keep a record of every certificate and can send it again.
- Not refundable, and not exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.
- No sales tax when you buy a certificate. Tax applies, where it applies, to what it is spent on.

We email you when the order is ready. The desk is open 8 am to 5 pm Pacific, seven days a week. Engine oil and TKS fluid are sold this way only.

Questions people ask
Does a gift certificate expire?
No. Citizen Air gift certificates have no expiration date and no fees, and they keep their full value until they are used. Washington law (RCW 19.240) requires the same.
What can a gift certificate pay for?
Any Citizen Air flight or service: a flightseeing loop, a discovery flight or lessons, a charter, an aircraft rental. Quote the certificate number when you book, or show it at our desk. If you are not sure, call us on +1 (360) 452-6226.
What if the flight costs less than the certificate?
The rest stays on the certificate for next time. If less than $5 is left, we pay it in cash when you ask.
Can I schedule the email for a birthday?
Yes. Choose the send date when you add the certificate to your cart, up to a year ahead. You get your receipt and a copy right away.
The recipient lost the email. Can you resend it?
Yes. We keep a record of every certificate we issue. Call or email us with the recipient's name and we will send it again.
Why are engine oil and TKS fluid pickup only?
We do not ship them. Order online, or ask at the desk, and pick them up inside the terminal; we email you when an online order is ready.
Is sales tax added?
Washington sales tax is added at checkout to items it applies to. A gift certificate is not taxed when you buy it; tax applies, where it applies, to what it is used for.
Where is the desk, and when is it open?
The Citizen Air desk is inside the airport terminal, open 8 am to 5 pm Pacific, seven days a week. Bring your order email or your name.
