How to read a listing

Two kinds of listing.

The badge on each listing tells you what you would be buying. A fractional listing is not an aircraft for sale; it is a share in an aircraft that stays in our program.

Whole aircraft

The aircraft itself is for sale.

Title passes to the buyer at closing. The buyer decides where it is based, who flies it and how it is maintained.

  • Price on inquiry, with the full specification, engine and maintenance records on the listing.
  • Specifications are subject to verification by the buyer before closing.
  • If you want the aircraft managed or placed on a Part 135 certificate afterward, see Aircraft Management.
Aircraft Management →
Fractional shares only

Only shares are for sale.

The aircraft stays in our fractional program, flown by our pilots and maintained by our team, and share owners book it for their own trips. Shares can be bought or leased.

  • Price on inquiry. The listing shows the aircraft and its records; share sizes, days, hours and program terms are on that aircraft's fractional page.

Buying or selling an aircraft?

Help on either side of the deal.

Beyond the aircraft listed here, we help clients buy or sell piston, turboprop and jet aircraft. In any one transaction we act for the buyer or for the seller, never for both.

  • Buying: the search, the records review, the pre-purchase inspection and the closing.
  • Selling: pricing against the market, a listing built from the records, buyers' questions and the closing.
  • Choosing how to own it: whole aircraft, management, Part 135 placement or a fractional share, compared side by side.

This work runs through our Consulting and Advisory service. We do not operate every type we help clients buy or sell.

Charter, cargo, flightseeing and SoundPass flights are operated by Citizen Air, LLC, an FAA-certificated air carrier under 14 CFR Part 135, Air Carrier Certificate No. RTEA813H. For a charter trip that calls for an aircraft outside our fleet, Citizen Air, LLC acts as an air charter broker under 14 CFR Part 295 and arranges the flight with another FAA-certificated direct air carrier, which has operational control of that flight; on those trips Citizen Air, LLC is not the direct air carrier and acts as agent for the customer, the operating carrier is identified in your quote before you contract, and the carrier's and broker's insurance information is available on request. SoundPass seats are Public Charters under 14 CFR Part 380. Fractional ownership is flown under 14 CFR Part 91 Subpart K and managed by Citizen Air Management, LLC, Management Specifications No. 443K060Q. Flight training and aircraft rental are flown under 14 CFR Part 91. Routes and flight times are approximate and vary with weather and air traffic; flights may be rescheduled for safety. Prices exclude sales tax where applicable and may change; terms are confirmed at booking. Every listing shows the date of the records its times, programs and inspections come from. Specifications are subject to verification by the purchaser. Aircraft and shares are subject to prior sale or withdrawal from the market without notice. Listings are sales of aircraft or of fractional interests in an aircraft, not air transportation. When we help a client buy or sell an aircraft, we act for the buyer or the seller, never both in the same transaction.
