How it works

Request. Quote. Confirm. Fly.

Step 1

Request a flight

Call, email or use the quote form with your dates, departure and arrival points and passenger count. Tell us about gear, pets or ground transport and we plan for it.

Pricing is built on your dates, the aircraft and the distance. You get a clear breakdown of the options before you commit, with no hidden fees.

Step 3

Confirm your flight

Your flight is scheduled and the trip details are sent ahead of time. The reservations team is a phone call away for baggage, accommodations or a change of plan.

Go further, faster

Anywhere you need to be.

Trips start and end wherever you need them to. We position our aircraft to pick you up at the airport nearest you, and the positioning cost is itemized in your quote.

Sixty-plus destinations across Washington, Oregon and British Columbia in our piston fleet, from regional airports the airlines do not serve. In the Phenom 100, California, the Rockies, the Southwest and Western Canada are a same-day trip. In Seattle we use Boeing Field, closer to downtown and built for private aircraft, so you step off the plane to your car on the ramp.

Going further, or need a larger aircraft? Book that with us too. For a trip beyond our own fleet we arrange the aircraft and crew through another FAA-certificated air carrier and manage the trip end to end: one quote, one point of contact.

Something else?

If your trip calls for an aircraft outside our fleet, tell us the trip. We arrange the right aircraft and crew through another FAA-certificated carrier, name the operator in your quote and manage the trip end to end.

Passenger counts are practical limits with bags; final seats and payload depend on fuel, baggage and conditions. We confirm the fit for your group when we quote.

Pricing

Quoted per trip. All in.

Charter is quoted per trip, one way per aircraft, on three things: the aircraft, the distance and your dates. Every Citizen Air quote is all in, with only a small number of pass-through charges for special services or unusual conditions, such as after-hours operations or a town car at your destination. You see the breakdown before you commit.

Flying the same regional routes often? SoundPass, our membership program, has its own published per-seat rates. Aircraft repositioning between trips can also open up empty legs at reduced rates.

Safety and pilots

Small aircraft, commercial standards.

Citizen Air operates under FAA Air Carrier Certificate No. RTEA813H (14 CFR Part 135), the federal standard for on-demand charter. Every flight is a regulated commercial operation, not a private trip.

  • Our pilots hold FAA commercial certificates with instrument ratings and complete recurrent training in the aircraft and the simulator on a set schedule.
  • Our aircraft are maintained by our own team on manufacturer and FAA-approved maintenance programs.
  • We manage operational risk through a Safety Management System built to the FAA's Part 5 framework.
  • When a trip calls for an aircraft outside our fleet, we arrange it with another FAA-certificated air carrier that has operational control of that flight. The operator is named in your quote before you book, and we stay your point of contact throughout.
  • If conditions do not meet our operating minimums, the flight waits. You are told early, and we rebook at no charge or refund in full.

Home base

When your trip starts with us.

Your trip can start and end anywhere. When it starts or ends at our base, our own team handles fuel, ramp and customs coordination, because Citizen Air also runs the FBO.

  • No security line, no TSA. Arrive five minutes before departure.
  • Parking at the airport is free.
  • Our courtesy car and shuttle to town, complimentary when available. Avis Budget rental cars on site; we can book one for you.
  • Gateway to Olympic National Park. Bring the packs, poles and skis.
